Program Information & Enrollment
Common questions about our learning programs, schedules, and what to expect
When do programs start and how do I enroll?
Self-paced programs begin immediately upon enrollment and are available year-round. Guided cohorts start quarterly in March, June, September, and December 2025. Intensive workshops begin in February, May, August, and November. Enrollment opens 6 weeks before each start date with early registration discounts available.
What technical requirements do I need?
You'll need a computer with Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer, reliable internet connection, and a PDF reader. For virtual sessions, we use Zoom with screen sharing capabilities. All course materials are provided in downloadable formats. We also offer technical support during the first week to ensure everyone is comfortable with the platform.
Can I switch between learning formats if needed?
Yes, we understand that circumstances change. You can transfer between formats within the first three weeks of a program. The price difference is adjusted accordingly. Many students combine the self-paced foundation with workshop attendance for a comprehensive experience. Our student success team helps coordinate these transitions.
What support is available during the program?
All programs include access to our discussion forums, monthly office hours with instructors, and email support within 48 hours. Guided cohort and workshop participants also receive one-on-one feedback sessions. We maintain an active online community where students share resources and discuss real-world applications of their learning.
How much time should I expect to commit weekly?
Self-paced learners typically spend 3-5 hours per week on coursework. Guided cohort participants commit to 2 hours of live sessions plus 2-3 hours of independent work weekly. Workshop attendees have intensive Saturday sessions but minimal homework between meetings. We provide time management guides to help you plan effectively.
